We first met Hannah and Max on facetime when we were 8,000 miles away from each other. The screen popped up with their faces and immediately Hannah began chatting and laughing (with the most INCREDIBLE laugh you'll ever hear) like we'd been friends for a long time. When we finally met them this summer for their engagement shoot, we instantly felt like we'd known them forever. What a quality to find in someone.
We met at Gold Creek Pond, one of those spectacular places you that makes you pause when you're scrolling your Instagram feed (it's true). But seeing it, smelling it, dancing along the path and breathing in the views is something unlike anything else!
We are completely in love with shooting in Washington state. Don't get me wrong, I adore shooting weddings at incredible venues across the state, but there is something so unique about an adventure engagement shoot that's up in Mount Rainier, out at Lake Diablo or, like this one, in the mountains of Snoqualmie Pass/North Bend area. I have never seen such beauty as Washington State.
We are so excited to shoot their wedding in summer next year! Love you guys.
